Thank you for coming to celebrate the launch of our Annual Edition for 2024!
2024 has been nothing short of extraordinary for Glass, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate than at our annual launch party. To everyone who joined us at The Grove Bar to toast the year and snag the first look at our new edition—thank you for making the night so special.
This year, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones. We launched our podcast, Just To Be Clear, featuring a standout interview with the amazing Thomas Weatherall. We published six editions of our print magazine, welcomed 170 contributors across print and online—a whopping 54% increase from last year—and reached nearly 85,000 visits to qutglass.com! We also hosted another unforgettable Battle of the Bands and proudly represented at the Student Media Australia conference. Oh, and did we mention we moved into a brand-new office?
Every story, every event, and every achievement this year has been shaped by our incredible contributors, readers, and community. Whether you’ve submitted your work, supported us at events, or picked up a copy of Glass, your support means everything to us.
